Welcome to Bills Receipts (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"). This Application is developed and provided by Joaniel (hereinafter referred to as "we"). Before using this Application, please carefully read and fully understand these Terms of Service. Once you download, install, or use this Application, it means you have agreed to and accepted all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Application.

1. User Code of Conduct

1. Legal Use: When using this Application, you shall abide by relevant laws and regulations, and shall not use this Application to engage in any illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to spreading illegal information, committing fraud, infringing on the rights and interests of others, etc.
2. Content Specifications: The content (including but not limited to text, pictures, bill records, etc.) you import, scan, or store in this Application shall not contain harmful information such as illegal, violent, pornographic, gambling, defamatory, insulting content, and shall not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others such as intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
3. Prohibition of Malicious Acts: You shall not conduct reverse engineering, cracking, tampering, etc. on this Application, shall not produce, publish or spread malicious programs, viruses, etc. targeting this Application, and shall not interfere with the normal operation of this Application.

2. Withdrawal & Rewards Policy

Our app supports withdrawals. Users can earn Coins (real money) by completing tasks and other in-app means. Once accumulated, users can submit a request to withdraw.

1. Minimum Threshold: The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 via PayPal or UPI.
2. Review Process: Withdrawal review takes 3 to 7 business days. Please be patient after submitting a request. Upon successful review, we will process the payment to the user.
3. Account Audit & Abuse: Users exhibiting abnormal behavior, fraudulent activity, task cheating, or account issues will be subject to coin deductions, withdrawal failures, or immediate account suspension.

3. Data Privacy and Permissions

1. Data Collection and Use: We strictly adhere to the principle of data minimization and only request necessary device permissions (such as Camera and Photo Gallery) with your consent to fulfill core application functionalities (e.g., receipt scanning, invoice uploading, and bill management).
2. Data Privacy: Collected or processed information is strictly used for providing app services and will not be shared with third parties without your authorization.
3. Permission Management: You can grant or revoke permissions (such as Camera or Media Access) at any time through your device settings. We will not obtain permissions beyond the necessary scope without your consent.
4. Privacy Policy: For more detailed information regarding data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

1. All intellectual property rights of this Application (including but not limited to software code, design, interface layout, trademarks, etc.) belong to us or relevant right holders. Without permission, you shall not use, copy, spread or modify any part of this Application without authorization.
2. The intellectual property rights of the content (such as imported receipt images or custom notes) you process within this Application belong to you or relevant right holders.

5. Changes, Interruption and Termination of Services

1. We have the right to change or adjust the service content and functions of this Application according to business development.
2. Due to technical maintenance, device compatibility, network issues, or legal and regulatory requirements, the service of this Application may be interrupted or updated. We will try our best to reduce the impact on you, but we shall not be liable for any losses caused thereby.
3. If you violate these Terms of Service or relevant laws and regulations, we have the right to restrict or terminate your access to this Application without assuming any liability.

6. Disclaimer

1. This Application provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no express or implied guarantees regarding the uninterrupted operation, absolute accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the application. The risks arising from your use of this Application shall be borne by you yourself.
2. We shall not be liable for any data loss, device issues, or other damages arising from force majeure or third-party actions during your use of this Application.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of these Terms of Service shall be governed by the relevant laws of the country/region where the Application Store is located.
2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties; if the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with a competent court.

8. Contact & Other Terms

1. We have the right to modify these Terms of Service in accordance with Application Store policies and relevant laws. The revised terms will take effect from the date of announcement or update. Your continued use of this Application means that you accept the revised terms.
2. If any term of these Terms of Service is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of other terms.
3. The final interpretation right of these Terms of Service belongs to Joaniel.
