1. Device Permissions & Information Collection

We strictly adhere to the principle of data minimization. We only request permissions and collect information that are directly necessary when you actively use core features:

• Camera Permission: Requested when you choose to take a photo directly within the app. This is used solely to capture invoices, receipts, documents, or proof of purchase for text recognition, scanning, or content uploading. We will never access your camera in the background or take photos without your explicit action.
• Photo Gallery / Media Access: Requested when you select existing photos, electronic invoices, or documents from your device's gallery to upload, scan, or save within the app. We only access the specific media files you actively select. We never browse, read, or upload other unrelated photos in your gallery.

Except for the Camera and Photo Gallery permissions required for the aforementioned bill and receipt management features, Bills Receipts DOES NOT request or collect your GPS location, contact list, SMS, hardware sensors, or other non-essential sensitive permissions.

2. Withdrawal & Rewards Policy

Our app supports withdrawals. Users can earn Coins (real money) by completing tasks and other in-app means. Once accumulated, users can submit a request to withdraw.

1. Minimum Threshold: The minimum withdrawal amount is $50 via PayPal or UPI.
2. Review Process: Withdrawal review takes 3 to 7 business days. Please be patient after submitting a request. Upon successful review, we will process the payment to the user.
3. Account Audit & Misconduct: Users exhibiting abnormal behavior, task cheating, fraud, or account issues will be subject to coin deductions, withdrawal failures, or account suspension.

3. Basic Technical & Support Information

• Technical Data: To ensure application stability, diagnose crashes, and optimize display layout across different screens, we may automatically collect minimal technical data (such as device model, OS version, app version, and basic network connectivity status).
• Support Data: If you choose to contact our support team via email (Jazziza038@gmail.com), we may collect your email address and message content to assist with customer support inquiries or verification.

4. Purposes & Limitations of Information Use

We process collected information strictly for:

• Enabling core functionalities: receipt capturing, image uploading, recognition, scanning, and document organization;
• Processing user rewards and handling withdrawal requests;
• Maintaining application performance, troubleshooting, and system security;
• Responding to user support inquiries and technical assistance.

We Guarantee That:

• We do NOT sell your personal information or uploaded receipt images to any third parties;
• We do NOT use your uploaded photos for targeted advertising or unauthorized AI model training.

5. Data Storage, Security & Retention

• Data Security: We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (such as HTTPS/SSL) during network transmission to protect your data from unauthorized access, leakage, or tampering.
• Data Retention: We retain your photos and personal data only for the period necessary to fulfill the requested operations. Server-side records are deleted when you delete your content or request account deletion.

6. Your Privacy Rights

You maintain full control over your personal data:

• Revoking Permissions: You can revoke Camera or Photo Gallery access at any time through your device settings (Settings -> Applications / Privacy);
• Access & Erasure: To request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your data, please contact us at Jazziza038@gmail.com (Subject line: Data Deletion Request). We will review and complete your request within 7 business days.

7. Children's Privacy

Bills Receipts is NOT directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information, please contact us for immediate deletion.
